The code is clean and very easy for spiders to find your website, read it and deliver information back to the SE index.
That's what we call "Pure HTML". If you use programs like FrontPage to build your website, or use Frames - forget it. In most cases these websites are invisible to SEs. HTML websites are not very easy to update. And update is one of the things an SE loves. Spiders keep coming back to check if there are any changes, if the site is live and hasn't been abandoned. So unless you are a webmaster yourself or you are prepared to pay someone to update it for you every so often an HTML website is not a very good option for fighting to get to the top pages of SEs.
