The opening years of the 21st century saw a trend amongst recruiters to look for buzz-words: there was the usual sprinkling of management-orientated, decision-assessing, implementation-structured CVs and résumés hitting recruiters’ desks and bloating their inboxes.

We have now come almost full circle to the creativity trend of last century with the exception that anything that looks clichéd is given the bin-as-filing-cabinet treatment faster than you can spell curriculum vitae.
